Single Origin Chinese & Taiwanese Teas
We pride ourselves on sourcing exquisite Chinese & Taiwanese tea. We yearly pursue teas directly from farmers across Taiwan and have partnered with Tea Drunk to source our single origin teas directly from heritage tea makers across China.

That means we know exactly where, when, and how our teas were created, guaranteeing our customer's the best quality Taiwanese and Chinese tea with beautiful complexity in each sip.
Experience Gong Fu Cha In Your Tea Journey
Gong fu cha simply means "tea made with intention or skill" in Chinese and is a phrase used to denote traditional Chinese methods of brewing tea.
The brewing and presentation of quality loose leaf teas follow similar concepts as one would take care to open, decant, and present a fine wine.
From teaware to timing, we put together recommendations for brewing each of our teas to bring out the delicacies that exemplify the hallmark flavors of each tea.

The Tea Bar started out an an experimental space focused on elevating our perception of tea through presenting quality Chinese loose leaf tea using traditional Chinese methods.
